Corporate Solicitor - 214-3

William James Recruitment experts in the field of legal recruitment are currently looking to recruit for an established full service practice based in Manchester City centre:

Corporate NQ - Manchester - £to40k Ref: 214-3

Under supervision, you will undertake a broad range of corporate and commercial work to include: acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, joint ventures, drafting commercial contracts and advising on the same. You will work as part of a national commercial team that advises start ups, through to substantial private companies and PLCs.

Excellent academics and at least a six month seat in either corporate / commercial with a leading regional or national practice is essential
