Commercial Property - Solicitor - £35k to £45k (Exceptional career opportunity)

Our client is a niche property practice with an enviable reputation for servicing local, regional and national clients.

Currently they are looking for an additional solicitor with a track record of delivering non-contentious commercial property advice to a range of clientele and demonstrable experience in working as part of team whilst handling a broad range of commercial property work.

The ideal candidate will have extensive, recent experience in general commercial property matters (approximately 2-4 years PQE would be ideal), knowledge of the local market place and an active interest in business development.
